Ready-Mix Concrete
Specializing in small pours, Berry Paving & Concrete's batch truck mixes the
concrete right at your site! With a 9 yard capacity and an expandable 12' shoot for jobs at a distance, our
ready-mix concrete is great for both commercial and residential
projects. Our standard material used for residential
jobs is a 3500 psi mix. Berry's delivers ready-mix concrete to
residential areas for projects that include patios, steps,
sidewalks, and footers (foundations).
The psi mix we use can vary with commercial jobs
to meet VDOT or job specifications. For commercial home
builders, we can have concrete delivered to your site within one to
two days.

Concrete Delivery Service
Our ready-mix concrete is priced at $140/yard, with a $100
short-load fee for any load under 6 yards. Berry Paving & Concrete
allows up to one hour for unloading. We do not do any setup,
preparation, forms or labor - see our Full-Service description below. A $1 fee is charged for each
minute our truck has to wait to unload and/or exceeds the one-hour
unload time. There are no other hidden costs, no mileage charges,

Concrete Work - Full Service
From start to finish, Berry's full service concrete jobs do the
grading, leveling, laying conduit and water lines, and preparation
with forms. We
provide all the labor and materials, including wood for forms,
rebar, wire mesh and expansion joints, necessary to get the job
done. We conclude the job with clean-up and grass seeding or
sod. |
